the staff told me a website to book the bus ticket which ended up being a scam. it would have been absolutely perfect if I had not been to the bus station at 03:30 searching for a bus to Chiang Rai which doesn't exist. It was somehow unbelievable to go wrong with the bus company to such a big neighboring town which seems being the sole bus carrier Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai.

Everything is good and the staff was nice, always smiles, highly recommended
Good location, low price high service, young boss. I made a video about hostel tour, search @home hostel Wua Lai at YouTube or Instagram
Little suggestion, make a caution sticker or something else when closed the glass door at night, I don't know the door was closed and BANG! It hurts

Very considerate
The staff are so willing to help. The environment is clean. There's a big refrigerator. I love the balcony on the second floor Had a good night sleep there. Thanks a lot.
Didn't give the 10 because I just stayed there for one night. Maybe I'll come back again to see if it worth it
